Are my documents kept private?
Many tools (merge, split, organize, page numbering) run entirely in your browser โ the file never leaves your device. Server-side tools encrypt in transit and delete temporary files within one hour. Each tool carries a badge telling you which mode it uses.
Do you offer a DPA? Are you HIPAA-compliant?
A Data Processing Agreement is available on Pro and Team plans. We do not currently sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, so don't use the hosted tools for PHI that requires a BAA.
Can I Bates-number a large exhibit set?
Yes โ custom prefix, suffix, zero-padding, start number, font, and position, with a live first-page preview so you can confirm placement before stamping.
Is redaction permanent?
AI redaction draws opaque marks and flattens the output. As with any redaction tool, review the produced file before disclosure.
