1 Acceptance of Terms

PDFEditor.pk provides a suite of free, browser-based PDF tools that allow users to convert, edit, merge, split, compress, and otherwise manipulate PDF documents and related file formats.

• All tools are provided free of charge with no hidden fees or premium tiers.
• No user account, registration, or sign-up is required to use any tool.
• The Service is accessible from any modern web browser on any operating system.
• Files are processed in real time without permanent storage on our servers.

3 Use of Service

You may use PDFEditor.pk for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You shall not upload, process, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You shall not use the Service to process files that contain illegal content, including but not limited to content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy laws, or constitutes child exploitation material.
• You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Service's underlying technology.

4 Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files, documents, and content that you upload to or create using the Service. PDFEditor.pk does not claim any ownership rights, license, or interest in your files or their contents.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload and process any files you submit to the Service.

The PDFEditor.pk name, logo, website design, user interface, and all related branding elements are the intellectual property of PDFEditor.pk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or design elements without express written permission.

5 File Processing

PDFEditor.pk is designed with your privacy and security as a priority. Our file processing practices are as follows:

• All files are processed in real time on our servers solely for the purpose of performing the requested operation.
• Files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete and the output file has been delivered to you.
• We do not store, archive, back up, or retain copies of any files you upload or any output files generated by the Service.
• We do not read, review, analyze, or access the content of your files for any purpose other than performing the specific tool operation you have requested.
• We do not share, sell, or disclose your files or their contents to any third party.

6 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PDFEditor.pk and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or quality issues in file conversions or processing results.
• Loss of data, files, or documents resulting from the use of the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your files or transmissions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

In no event shall PDFEditor.pk's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service, which in all cases is zero (the Service is free).

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

PDFEditor.pk expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of file conversion or processing results.
• Any warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own risk. The output quality of file conversions may vary depending on the complexity and formatting of your source files.

8 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability and performance of PDFEditor.pk on a best-effort basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the Service.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Server outages, hardware failures, or network issues.
